The access to and use of this web site as well as the purchase of products on www.armani.com are based on the assumption that these General Terms and Conditions of Use have been read, understood and accepted by you.
www.armani.com is the property of Giorgio Armani S.p.A. and its affiliated entities worldwide, an Italian company having an address at Via Borgonuovo 11, 20121 Milano ("GIORGIO ARMANI") and is operated, under license, by GIORGIO ARMANI HONG KONG LIMITED with registered office in Hong Kong at Unit 1501-02, Level 15, Kerry Centre, 683 King’s Road, Quarrybay, Hong Kong SAR, China, Business Registration No.31021308 (the "Provider").

The Provider may amend or simply update all or part of these General Terms and Conditions of Use. Any amendment or update of the General Terms and Conditions of Use shall be posted for our users on the Home Page of www.armani.com as soon as such amendments or updates have been made and shall be binding as soon as they are published on the web site in this section. Therefore, you should regularly access this section on the web site in order to check the publication of the most recent and updated General Terms and Conditions of Use of www.armani.com. If you do not agree to all or part of the www.armani.com's General Terms and Conditions of Use, please do not use our web site.
The access to and use of www.armani.com, including display of web pages, communication with Provider, downloading product information and making purchases on the web site, are carried out by our users exclusively for personal purposes, which should in no way be connected to any trade, business or professional activity. Remember that you will be liable for your use of www.armani.com and its contents. The Provider shall not be considered liable for any use of the web site and its contents made by its users that is not compliant with the laws and regulations in force, without prejudice to Provider's liability for intentional torts and gross negligence.
In particular, you will be liable for communicating information or data which is not correct, false or concerning third parties (in the event such third parties have not given their consent) as well as for any improper use of such data or information.
Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to withdraw from your purchase contract and return purchased products.
According this Return Policy, you must inform GIORGIO ARMANI HONG KONG LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us” or “the Vendor”), with registered office in Hong Kong at Unit 1501-02, Level 15, Kerry Centre, 683 King’s Road, Quarrybay, Hong Kong SAR, China, Business Registration No.31021308, of your decision to withdraw within thirty (30) calendar days from the date on which you received the purchased product (or for purchases of multiple products, the date of which you received the last product) from www.armani.com.
To withdraw from your purchase contract you can choose one of the following options:
- fill in the online return form available on the link https://www.armani.com/track/returns/ and clicking on the “Return” (the “Return Form”);
- contact us https://www.armani.com/help/contact-us
- sent us an email to clientservice@care.armani.com specifying your decision to withdraw and also providing for the date of receipt of the products, the order number, your first and last name, the e-mail address of the account associated with the order.
Please consider that should any of the details of the Return Form or the information to be provided according to this section be omitted, we may not be in a position to process your withdrawal request;
Returned items must be shipped back to the Vendor within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you notify the Vendor of your decision to withdraw.
The products must be returned by shipping the package using the carrier indicated by the Vendor (DHL or another carrier).
The Vendor will send you a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal request sent via email, also including the instructions and the label for returning of the products. You will also receive a tracking number which you can use to track the status of your return.
1. Terms and Conditions of Return
The right to withdraw from the purchase on www.armani.com and return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
1. Return Form sent directly online through https://www.armani.com/track/returns/ by clicking on the “Confirm the return request” or any another communication sent by email to clientservice@care.armani.com in compliance with the requirements set forth above within thirty (30) days as of receipt of the products; 2. As to apparel, the products must not have been used or worn in a way other than that necessary to establish the nature, features and operation of such product or washed and, in any case, compliant with the requirements detailed in the section on Compliance Checks under section 3 below; 3. As to products included in warranty seals that may contain hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases (including fragrances), these products must not have been unsealed or otherwise used or opened making them un-returnable for hygienic, safety or health protection-related reasons; 4. the identification tag must still be attached to the products, along with the disposable seal, which constitutes an integral part of the item; 5. the returned products must be in their original packaging; 6. the returned products must be delivered to the shipping agent within fourteen (14) days of when you informed the Vendor of your decision to withdraw from the contract; 7. the items to be returned must be sent to the Vendor with the original packaging and the corresponding pre-addressed return label as sent to you via e-mail; 8. the products must not be damaged;9. for hygiene reason, underwear, socks, swimwear, and similar products are not eligible for return.
The Vendor will fully refund the price of the returned purchased products (excluding the shipping fee, and taxes, if any) through the same payment method as used for the original purchase and net of Return Shipping Costs as better explained in the following Section.
2. Return Shipping Costs
Should you decide to use the courier indicated by the Vendor in the online Return Form, then you will not have to take care of any return shipping costs since the Vendor will pay the return shipping costs for you.
If an alternative courier (chosen by you) is used for your return, you will have to pay for the return shipping cost at your own expense.
3. Compliance Checks
Our products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), including all accessories and documents. We reserve our right:
- not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in a way other than that necessary to establish the nature, features and operation of such product, or if the warranty seals have been removed from the products;
or, as an alternative,
- to reduce the amount of any applicable refund accordingly if the use of the product has been made by you in such a way as to cause a decrease in its value. For example, we may make a reduction in the following circumstances:
- the product(s) have been used, worn in a way other than that necessary to establish the nature, features and operation of such product, damaged or washed;
- the identification tag with the disposable seal is not attached to the product(s), or has not been returned. Please note that identification tag constitutes an integral part of each product; and/or
- you have not returned any packaging which is an integral part of a product (such as a dust bag).
You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted because they do not comply with the conditions indicated in the previous paragraph 1 (Terms and Conditions of Return). In this case, your withdrawal is not effective and Giorgio Armani redeliver to you the purchased products. In order to receive the product originally purchased, consumers residing outside the European Union hereby authorise, as of now and should it be necessary, Giorgio Armani to return the product outside the European Union following the instructions received from the professional as per the email informing you about the rejection of your return.
You will be also informed if we propose to reduce your refund for the conditions indicated in letter b) of the paragraph 3 (Compliance Checks). In this instance, you may (as an alternative to us providing you with a reduced refund) choose to have the products sent back to you at your own expense. Should you refuse this delivery, Giorgio Armani reserves the right to retain the products and the amount indicated for the decrease in refund, due to the decrease in value of the returned products.
4. Refund Times and Procedures
The Vendor will fully refund the price of the returned purchased product(s) (eventually deducting Return Shipping Costs in case you chose alternative courier), without undue delay and in any event within fourteen (14) days from when the Vendor was informed of your decision to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract for the purchased products.
However the Vendor may reserve the right to withhold the refunds until:
- it has received the products; or
- you proved that you returned the products back;
whichever situation occurs first.
In the event of a decrease in value of the returned products, you will receive an email informing you of the amount deducted as a reduction of the refund.
The time period for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the form of payment used:
- purchase by Credit/Debit Card: refund time will depend on the Credit Card company’s policies. We would like to assure you, however, that the value date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment; therefore you will not suffer any interest loss;
- payment by third party's operators such as PayPal and the like, where available: refunds will be credited to the relevant account. Reimbursement time to the credit card or bank account associated with such accounts depends, nonetheless, on the bank account conditions or on the company that issued the card.
5. Identification Tag
All products sold by the Vendor include an identification tag attached with a disposable seal. Please try on the products without removing the tag and seal. Returned products without the tag or seal will not be accepted.
6. DHL and other courier
As advised by the Vendor, returned products may be shipped by the package delivery company DHL, using and printing the label enclosed in return confirmation email sent you by the Vendor.
If you use DHL, you will not be charged of the relevant Return Shipping Costs. You may either request DHL to collect your parcel or you may drop-off such parcel at the nearest drop-off point. Please contact DHL (or visit their site: www.dhl.com) to organise the pick-up or be instructed as to the nearest parcel drop off point near you.
You can track the package at any time.
If you decide to use a different shipping courier than the one provided by the Vendor, you will have to pay for the cost of return shipping upfront and you will be responsible in case of loss or damage to the products during transport.
